1st Floor

The open space on the first floor comprises a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. There is also a utility room and a bathroom with toilet.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV. The table is large enough for meals or work. A high chair is available to increase the safety of small children.

Full height windows and a balcony along the living room offer a panoramic view of the village and the Julian Alps.



The fully-fitted kitchen incorporates a complete range of integrated appliances including a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a hob, and an extractor fan. The kitchen also offers plenty of crockery, cutlery, and glassware, as well as cooking utensils, pots, and pans.

2nd Floor

In the loft there are two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with single and additional auxiliary beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. 

The sleeping arrangement is ideal for 6 (optionally up to 8) persons.

Two-sided mattresses offer year-round comfort and are suitable for both cooler and warmer seasons. The rooms are supplied with bed linen and towels.

The bathroom comes with towels and a hairdryer.

Please note that the stairs do not have child safety gates, and there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms.
