Cancellation policy

If you wish to amend or cancel your apartment reservation, please do so at least 7 days before your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, fail to check in, or are considered a no-show, the full prepayment will be retained as a cancellation fee, and the remaining nights will be automatically cancelled.

A no-show or failure to check in is defined as not checking in by 10:00 AM on the second day of your reservation.

To cancel your reservation, you must contact us by email and clearly express your intention to cancel.

If you prefer more flexible cancellation terms, we recommend booking through Airbnb or Booking.com, which may offer shorter notice periods.
